Alejandra Aco, a native of Puebla, a state southeast of country capital Mexico City, and her team will guide you through a cultural narrative that casts aside common misconceptions about iconic Mexican foods from the State of Puebla as well as their experiences in Puebla, through an exclusive tour of the restaurant's menu to inspire your dinner choices. The restaurant features ingredients sourced from Puebla, which you'll learn about as well as the history of the Puebla gastronomy, uniquely influenced by Spanish, French and Arabic traditions. 

Guests will pay the host for the exclusive dinner at the gathering.
Plan to arrive five minutes prior to the starting time.
Ticket refunds require 48 hours advanced notice.

MOLE POBLANO
Thick rich mole sauce with 32 ingredients, grind roasted chiles, spices, nuts,
seared pan chicken breast and thigh topped with tortilla crips, with rice & avocado

CEMITA DE MILANESA (breaded chicken)
Sesame seed cemita bread, milanesa de pollo homemade chipotle, avocado, escabeche
onions, seasonal papalo herb, shredded queso Oaxaca, ham
 
CEMITA AL PASTOR
Sesame seed cemita bread, spicy pineapple pork, guacamole, salsa roja,
salsa verde, queso fresco, ham. 

CEMITA DE CERDO TIRADO
Sesame seed cemita bread, guacamole, salsa roja, salsa verde, queso Oaxaca,
frisee lettuce, spicy pulled pork, carrots, watermelon radish  

CHAPULIN
Smoky grasshoppers sautéed with wine based tequila, chile quajillo and
guajillo and garlic, served with guacamole & pickled onions in worn tortillas

ARABE
Cut pork meat steak style marinated with parsley, Mexican oregano,
homemade onions, house made chipotle salsa in flour tortilla

TACOS DE MAR Y TIERRA (Serves two)
Combination of 10 soft corn tacos: carnitas, chicken, arabe, shrimp, crispy fish tilapia.
Two of each. No substitutions. Served with guacamole, fresh chips and three house made salsas  

CHILE RELLENO DE CAMARONES
Roasted poblano pepper coated with egg batter, stuffed with queso Oaxaca,
mushrooms, shrimp, topped with crema chipotle tomato sauce. Served with a side of corn tortillas
