In this monthly culture talk, our guests will embark on an exclusive introduction to the rich and flavorful art of Mexican antojitos, iconic street foods from the state of Puebla with Alejandra, the owner of Villa Cemita. Ticket includes entry to the event and a margarita pairing (choice of 2), and access to an exclusive $35/pp 4-course dinner prepared for the gathering.

Alejandra Aco, a native of Puebla, a state southeast of country capital Mexico City, and her team will guide you through a cultural narrative that casts aside common misconceptions about Mexican street foods through an exclusive family-style 4-course meal, featuring ingredients sourced from Puebla, as well as a history of the Puebla gastronomy, uniquely influenced by Spanish, French and Arabic traditions. The dinner price is $35/per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Guests will pay the host for the exclusive dinner at the gathering.

Ticket refunds require 48 hours advanced notice.

heirloom epazote hand-pressed quesadilla, queso Oaxaca & queso fresco with crema and sprinkled pick de gallo. Choice of: Chicken/Huitlacoche

roasted tomato and chipotle sauce, albondigas, organic quail eggs, parsley, and a side of Poblano rice. 

MOLE POBLANO
thick rich mole sauce with 32 ingredients, grind roasted chiles, spices, nuts, seared-pan chicken breast topped with tortilla strips and a side of rice

CHILE POBLANO RELLENO
roasted poblano pepper coated with egg batter, stuffed with queso Oaxaca, topped with spicy roasted tomato sauce. Served with a side of corn tortillas
