In this monthly event series, our guests will embark on an exclusive introduction to the intriguing tastes of India's Capital, New Delhi, with Ajay and his wife Kiran, owners of Taj Palace Restaurant & Bar. Ticket includes entry to the event, a popular mango yogurt drink, and access to an exclusive $27/pp 3-course dinner prepared for the gathering.

Natives of New Dehli, the capital of India, Ajay and his wife Kiran invite you to experience the intriguing tastes of India. You will be guided through a cultural narrative of the unique hospitality and flavors of northern Indian cuisine through a 3-course dinner prepared for the gathering. The price of dinner is $27/pp inclusive of tax and gratuity.  

Guests will pay host directly for anything purchased during the gathering. 
Plan to arrive five minutes prior to the starting time.

FIRST COURSE
Paneer Kulcha
Indian flatbread stuffed with spiced paneer cheese

Barra Kabab
Tender chunks of lamb marinated in yogurt and spices, and charcoal-grilled

Fish Tikka
Fresh Mahi Mahi, lightly marinated, skewered and cooked masterfully over charcoal

Chicken Tikka
Tender boneless chicken, lightly marinated in spices & charcoal-grilled

SECOND COURSE
Chicken Tikka Makhni
Tender boneless chicken, lightly marinated in butter & charcoal-grilled

Lamb Roganjosh
Braised lamb chunks in a gravy-based sauce of onions, cream, and spices

Saag Paneer
Indian cheese in classic Indian pureed spinach cooked with
roasted cumin, garlic and spices, with a touch of cream.

Raita and Pilaf Rice
Cucumber-mint yogurt dip served with rice

Onion Kulcha
Traditional soft onion bread
