Gathering Details

For $60, you'll embark on an all-inclusive dinner with Peruvian-native Executive Chef Julio-Cesar Florez Zaplana in downtown Austin in celebration of Peruvian Independence Day. During this cultural journey, guests will enjoy a special cultural menu while discovering the Spanish influences on Peruvian food, and how Peru’s own distinct flavors have been shaped since its independence from the Spanish Empire.

Price for this activity includes tax and gratuity.
